Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp WeberKickin Chicken Seasoning
  • 4 large sweet potatoes Peeled and Cubed
  • 2 lbs Green Beans Washed
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350. Place Pork Tenderloin in 9x 13 pan. Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth into bottom. Cover with foil and cook 45 minutes or until done in the center. (Adjust cooking times when placing multiple things in oven at the same time). Place sweet potatoes on cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Bring 1 quart water to boil on stove. Place in green beans boil for 3-5 minutes until just under done. Drain. Slice pork on the diagonal once cooled. Divide all three between containers. Optional serve pork with barbeque sauce.
