Greek Salad/Snack
I love making small versions of these to have on hand during the week as a snack. Also a a great salad to bring to a gathering
Ingredients
- 2 English Cucumbers chopped
- 2 cups grape tomatoes halved
- 1 cup feta crumbled
- 1/2 red onion finley diced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 2 tsp oregeno
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
