Turkey Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries
A healthy take on burger and fries that you can use in meal prep or great weeknight dinner. I make the burgers into slider size so easier to eat on go.
Ingredients
- 6 sweet potatoes cut into fries
- 3 lbs ground turkey made into 1/3 cup burgers
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- leaves boston lettuce
- 4 tomatoes slices
- garlic salt fresh cracked black pepper to taste f
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Peel and cut sweet potatoes. Drizzle olive oil on baking sheet and place sweet potatoes in single layer. Top with salt and pepper and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce. Scoop out 1/3 cup of mixture make into patty, repeat with all of mixture. Grill or Saute until cooked through. Serve with lettuce and tomato.
