Avocado Hummus

Serve with Vegetables or Pita chips. Hummus is great to make ahead in big batches and packaged in small containers for snacks during the week.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 Cans Chickpeas Drained and Rinsed
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 TBS Juice from Jalapeno slices (used jalapeno slices for nutritional info)
  • 4 slices jalapeno from jar diced
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all items together in food processor or Vitamix. Adjust water and olive oil to desired consistency.
