Avocado Hummus
Serve with Vegetables or Pita chips. Hummus is great to make ahead in big batches and packaged in small containers for snacks during the week.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 Cans Chickpeas Drained and Rinsed
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 TBS Juice from Jalapeno slices (used jalapeno slices for nutritional info)
- 4 slices jalapeno from jar diced
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Mix all items together in food processor or Vitamix. Adjust water and olive oil to desired consistency.
