A new week of meal prep recipes. As always all of these are gluten-free. Exploring some new flavors and recipes this week so let me know what you think!! Also let me know recipes that you would like to see incorporated into meal prep. I think you will love the sauce for the meatball recipe, this is a great appetizer for the superbowl this week..just put the whole batch in the crockpot and instant game food! Another great appetizer for the big game this week is the black bean salsa from the breakfast burritos, just serve with chips and you have a colorful dish to wow your friends and all it took was a little chopping!

Always take note when you are prepping for the week which meals need eaten first because of fresh ingredients. Diced tomatoes and Romaine lettuce need eaten first. Kale always lasts longer and the soups, meatballs can keep until the end of the week. If you mix and match meal plans recipes which you absolutely should and create what your family loves, just be sure to include the variety so you have meals that last all week, or put some of the salads together midweek so they stay fresh. Whenever there are avocados in meal prep dishes you should add them right before you eat or at least in the morning if you are taking your dish to go.

Remember even though you are meal prepping to save time, money and eat healthy, it doesn’t mean you need to eat all of your meals out of the plastic containers. If you don’t already follow me on Instagram @helpfulwaysforhealthydays. I always post pictures of how to plate up your meal prep recipes. So plate it up for you and your family, light a candle, pour a glass of wine and you can sit down to a fancy meal without the work.
