Portabella Mushroom Pizzas
Ingredients
- 8 large portabella mushrooms with stems cut and insides removed
- 2 cups mozzarella shredded
- 1 pint grape tomatoes cut in half
- 2 oz basil
- 1/2 lb turkey sausage
- balsamic glaze reduction
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. Clean mushrooms and drizzle with olive oil. Top with sausage then shredded mozzarella cheese. Then top with tomatoes and basil. Bake 20 minutes. Top with balsamic reduction. (1 cup balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup brown sugar cook until reduced)
