Thai Chicken Noodle
Love a chicken broth soup to mix to fill me up! This one has great asian flavors. Add more chili sauce if you want more spice.
Ingredients
- 3 quarts chicken stock
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- large rotisseree chicken
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 2 tsp chili sauce
- 1 box thin rice noodles
- 3 cups bok choy chopped
- 1 Red bell Pepper cut into strips
- 1 bunch green onion cut into thin slices
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Saute the garlic and ginger in a large soup pan, Add chicken broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, thai chili sauce simmer 15 minutes. Add chicken, bok choy and red pepper cook 5 minutes more. Add rice noodles green onion and cilantro and remove from heat. Let sit covered 10 minutes.
