Thai Chicken Noodle

Love a chicken broth soup to mix to fill me up! This one has great asian flavors. Add more chili sauce if you want more spice.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 quarts chicken stock
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • large rotisseree chicken
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tsp chili sauce
  • 1 box thin rice noodles
  • 3 cups bok choy chopped
  • 1 Red bell Pepper cut into strips
  • 1 bunch green onion cut into thin slices
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Saute the garlic and ginger in a large soup pan, Add chicken broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, thai chili sauce simmer 15 minutes. Add chicken, bok choy and red pepper cook 5 minutes more. Add rice noodles green onion and cilantro and remove from heat. Let sit covered 10 minutes.
