Chicken with Butternut Squash and Kale

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large chicken breasts
  • Roasted Garlic and Herb Weber Seasoning
  • Italian seasoning
  • olive oil
  • 2 bunches Kale
  • 2 lbs Butternut Squash cut into cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken breasts into 9x13 pans. Season with olive oil, roasted garlic and herb, italian seasoning and salt and pepper. Pour in chicken stock in bottom of pan. Cover with foil. and Bake 45 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Place butternut squash on baking sheet, toss with olive oil salt and pepper. Bake 45 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Heat olive oil in large skillet, add garlic and kale and cook through. Season with salt and pepper.
