Banana Bread
After my son became gluten free, we found this was a recipe that was still great with gluten free flour (my favorite is Betty Crocker Rice Flour Blend). This one is usually gone the same day I bake it.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas 4 if you want extra moist
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour gluten free or not
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together in large bowl with hand mixer.
- Place in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Check to make sure not to overcook.
