Banana Bread

After my son became gluten free, we found this was a recipe that was still great with gluten free flour (my favorite is Betty Crocker Rice Flour Blend). This one is usually gone the same day I bake it.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas 4 if you want extra moist
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour gluten free or not
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together in large bowl with hand mixer.
  • Place in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Check to make sure not to overcook.
