Crepes
My grandma always made these for us growing up. She called them "big pancakes". We rolled them up with butter and sugar and couldn't get enough. These work great with gluten free flour so I love to make them in large batches for during the week to roll up with peanut butter to meat and cheese to pack for the kids in lunches. The possibilties are endless.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup flour can use gluten free flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl with hand mixer.
- Heat griddle to 350 degrees. Spread batter in large circles and cook until light brown on both sides.
