Lemon Garlic Hummus

A Classic Hummus recipe we make over and over. Perfect dip for veggies and a great spread for wraps. Making hummus is one of my favorite uses for the Vitamix. Its quick and easy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of one Lemon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a Vitamix, blend all ingredients. Adjust water and oil to desired consistency.
