Protein Balls

I love having protein balls in the freezer for a quick breakfast, snack on the go, or to pack for the kids for energy at games.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups oats
  • 3 cups almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 cup protein powder I used vanilla Isalean
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 3 cups dried cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Mix all together well in a large bowl. Use a cookie baller or scoop to make into balls. Store in freezer for use.
