Protein Balls
I love having protein balls in the freezer for a quick breakfast, snack on the go, or to pack for the kids for energy at games.
Ingredients
- 3 cups oats
- 3 cups almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 cup protein powder I used vanilla Isalean
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 3 cups dried cranberries
Instructions
- Mix all together well in a large bowl. Use a cookie baller or scoop to make into balls. Store in freezer for use.
