Steak Kabobs

For meal prep, I assemble these ahead of time and then throw on the grill fresh for dinner and make extra for prep for meals throughout the week.I love this ready to go lean protein and veggies that you can cook fresh on the grill, serve with potatoes, rice, or quinoa.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning
  • 5 bell peppers chopped into large peices
  • 1 red onion chopped into large peices

Instructions
 

  • Cut meat, peppers and onions. Assemble onto wooden skewers. I wait to season right before putting on the grill. You can also choose to marinate.
