Pork Tenderloin and Asian Slaw
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- juice of lime
- 2 cloves garlic pressed
- 1/2 head red cabbage shredded
- 2 orange bell peppers cut into strips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 paket stevia
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Marinate pork tenderloin in 4 tbsp soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper for 30 minutes. Then cook at 375 degrees on the smoker for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
- In large bowl combine cabbage, peppers, cilantro, 4 tbsp soy sauce, coconut oil, stevia and lime juice and fresh cracked pepper.
