Smoked Chicken with Parmesan Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 3 lbs colored cauliflower florets
- 3 tbsp Weber Roasted Garlic and Herb
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with 2 tbsp Roasted Garlic and Herb seasoning. Smoke on Traeger Smoker at 375 for 30-45 minutes until cooked through.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, 1 tbsp roasted garlic and herb seasoning and salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
