Smoked Chicken with Parmesan Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 3 lbs colored cauliflower florets
  • 3 tbsp Weber Roasted Garlic and Herb
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breasts with 2 tbsp Roasted Garlic and Herb seasoning. Smoke on Traeger Smoker at 375 for 30-45 minutes until cooked through.
  • Heat oven to 400 degrees. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, 1 tbsp roasted garlic and herb seasoning and salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
