Smoked Flank Steak and Roasted Potatoes
Basic meat and potatoes for the guys for meal prep. Usually when they grab for meal prep they eat with a simple green salad. Love using our Traeger Smoker to prep meat for the week.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs flank steak
- 6 large Russet Potatoes washed and cut into small chunks
- 2 tbsp Weber chicago steak seasoning
- 1 tbsp Weber Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning
- 6 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- olive oil
Instructions
- Season steak with Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Heat the smoker to 375 degrees. Smoke the steak for 20-30 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss potatoes in olive oil and roasted garlic and herb seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
