Pork Tenderloin and Asian Slaw

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 8 tbsp soy sauce
  • juice of lime
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • 1/2 head red cabbage shredded
  • 2 orange bell peppers cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 paket stevia
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Marinate pork tenderloin in 4 tbsp soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper for 30 minutes. Then cook at 375 degrees on the smoker for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
  • In large bowl combine cabbage, peppers, cilantro, 4 tbsp soy sauce, coconut oil, stevia and lime juice and fresh cracked pepper.
