Whole 30 Soup
Soups are always great for meal prep and to make in big batches to freeze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large carrots diced
- 2 celery stalks diced
- 2 cloves garlic pressed
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1 onion diced
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 large potato diced
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- In large soup pan, brown ground beef. Add onions and garlic. Saute 2 minutes more. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender (about 20 minutes.
