Whole 30 Soup

Soups are always great for meal prep and to make in big batches to freeze.
Servings 8

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large carrots diced
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • 1 cup frozen green beans
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 large potato diced
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • In large soup pan, brown ground beef. Add onions and garlic. Saute 2 minutes more. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender (about 20 minutes.
