Pork Chops and Roasted Veggies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sweet potatoes peeled
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 Red bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow bell Pepper
  • 1 Green bell Pepper
  • 2 Russet Potatoes peeled
  • 2 tbsp Steak Seasoning
  • 8 Small pork chops
  • 2 tsp McCormick Chop Seasoning
  • 2 tbs A1 sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes, onions and peppers into large chunks. Spread all vegetables evenly onto cookie sheet and season with Steak Seasoning. Bake for 35 minutes or until tender. Pake Pork Chops in 9x13 pan. Pour Chicken stock in pan. Season chops with A-1 and Chop Seasoning. Bake 35 minutes or until cooked through (depending on the thickness of your pork chops)
