So excited to share with you my first meal prep recipes post! After sharing pictures of our meal prep the last few weeks on social media, I was overwhelmed by all of the positive comments and interest in my plan. This is my 1st attempt to document recipes, so your feedback on how I can improve instructions or what you like to see will be greatly appreciated. I have never been a person who follows recipes or measures when I’m cooking, so my meal preps were not from recipes I followed, just ones I created from inspiration. Use your creativity to make the dishes your own. This is also my first attempt at a blog, thanks for your patience as I continue to figure out what I am doing. Your feedback on what you like, what you would like to see can help me improve so please send comments my way. If you like what you see, please subscribe to the blog and share with your friends on social media.
My first blog “My Meal Prep 101” I provide the general instructions to start the process. All the meals in this plan are gluten free and part of a plan for less than 30 grams of fat a day just because those are the health needs of my family right now. Make substitutions and modifications that work for your dietary needs. I make multiple portions of the meals so we can have our favorites more than once during the week.
Meals this week: Thai Chicken Salad, Turkey Mushroom Stroganoff, Chicken Mexi-Rice Bowl, Chicken Breast w/ Sweet Potatoes & Snap Peas, Turkey and White Bean Soup
I hope you enjoy your first week of recipes! Happy Cooking!
