Pickled Green Beans

Super simple and easy to make try out our homemade pickled green beans!
Servings 6

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 lbs Green Beans washed
  • 3 cups white distilled vinegar
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 TBSP salt
  • 1 TBSP red pepper flakes
  • 6 cloves garlic peeled and smashed

Instructions
 

  • Boil beans for 5 minutes to soften.
  • Bring to boil vinegar, salt and water. Turn off heat.
  • Add green beans to 3 mason jars, add liquid, seal and refrigerate. Let flavors develop for 2 weeks.
