Pickled Green Beans
Super simple and easy to make try out our homemade pickled green beans!
Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs Green Beans washed
- 3 cups white distilled vinegar
- 3 cups water
- 2 TBSP salt
- 1 TBSP red pepper flakes
- 6 cloves garlic peeled and smashed
Instructions
- Boil beans for 5 minutes to soften.
- Bring to boil vinegar, salt and water. Turn off heat.
- Add green beans to 3 mason jars, add liquid, seal and refrigerate. Let flavors develop for 2 weeks.
