Happy Happy New Year!!! New year. Fresh Start! Ah!!! …the feeling of hope how we can begin again and make this our best year yet! I hope these meal plans help you make it your best year yet. I hope we can all help each other do the best we can to feed our bodies and our families bodies well, to have a strategic plan of how you are going to do it, to not feel overwhelmed. That I can make a mess in my kitchen one time during the week (and it is a big mess) that I can take time enjoy cooking (have wine with a friend) & know I am feeding my family well. Then we get to capture moments together …..and sometimes with teenagers (or in any family) you never know when that will be…..that we can sit around the table, put the the meals I prepared on the perfect white square plates I love, light a candle…..and with no clean up or preparation time just enjoy the conversation……capture the moment.
