Guacamole

A staple in our house. So quick and easy! I also use jalapenos from a jar if I don't have a fresh one on hand.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe avocados pitted peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1 jalapeno finely diced
  • 1 bunch green onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix together and serve.
