Cucumber Dill Salad

Love this during the week as a snack or a great side.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 English Cucumbers quartered and sliced
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup No Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dill
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all together in a small bowl. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
