Skillet Corn Salad

It's a new favorite, a salad that's tasty and full of flavor!
Servings 12

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Ears of corn (cut of cob, skillet fry for 5 minutes)
  • 2 jalapenos (diced)
  • 1 Red bell Pepper
  • bunch of cilantro (chopped)
  • bunch of green onions (chopped)
  • 2 large avocados (diced)
  • 4 Oz of feta
  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp of Avocado oil
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

Instructions
 

  • Begin by shaking the dressing ingredients in a mason jar and toss it in with the other ingredients. Enjoy!
