Drunken Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs plank steak finely sliced
  • 2 8 oz box rice noodles
  • 1 sweet onion chopped
  • 2 carrots thinly slice
  • 4 bell peppers cut into chunks (red, yellow, orange)
  • 2 oz basil thinly sliced
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1 cup chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp thai chili sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 cloves garlic pressed.

Instructions
 

  • Boil Rice Noodles according to package directions. Set aside
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, thai chili sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch and garlic. Mix well.
  • Cut steak into small pieces. (slices easier if you place into the freezer first). Saute over high heat with the onion 3 minutes, Add carrots and peppers cook 2 more. Add sauce cook until thicken and add basil.
