Honey Sesame Chicken

Simple but flavorful asian classic

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large chicken breasts chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 TBS cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp siracha
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups rice cooked to package directions
  • 1/2 ounce sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 cups snap peas

Instructions
 

  • Boil water and cook rice according to package instructions.
  • Saute chicken over high heat.
  • Mix together, garlic, soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, sesame oil siracha and honey. Pour over chicken and simmer until thickened.
  • In separate pan saute snap peas with garlic salt 3 minutes.
  • Toast sesame seeds lightly in dry saute pan. Use them to top the chicken.
