Honey Sesame Chicken
Simple but flavorful asian classic

- 4 large chicken breasts chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 TBS cornstarch
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp siracha
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cups rice cooked to package directions
- 1/2 ounce sesame seeds toasted
- 2 cups snap peas
Boil water and cook rice according to package instructions.
Saute chicken over high heat.
Mix together, garlic, soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, sesame oil siracha and honey. Pour over chicken and simmer until thickened.
In separate pan saute snap peas with garlic salt 3 minutes.
Toast sesame seeds lightly in dry saute pan. Use them to top the chicken.
