Sliced Steak and Roasted Vegetables
A great basic..lean protein and colorful vegtables.
Ingredients
- 3 large Sirloin Steaks
- Steak Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Worcheshire Sauce
- 2 sweet potatoes Peel and cut into small chuncks
- 3 Red Beets peeled and cut into small chunks
- 3 Orange Beets peeled and cut into small chunks
- 1 lb brussel sprouts cut in half and peel off outside
- olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven until 350. Season steaks with steak seasoning (mix cracked pepper, salt and garlic). Heat saute pan to medium high. Cook on each side 5 minutes.
- Top with Worchestire Sauce. Finish Cooking in oven for 15 minutes. Adjust cooking time according to the size the your steak. Watch carefully and don't overcook.
- Preheat oven to 400. Peel and cut vegetables. Place on large baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, top with salt and pepper and roast for 30 minutes.
