Sliced Steak and Roasted Vegetables
A great basic..lean protein and colorful vegtables.

- 3 large Sirloin Steaks
- Steak Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Worcheshire Sauce
- 2 sweet potatoes Peel and cut into small chuncks
- 3 Red Beets peeled and cut into small chunks
- 3 Orange Beets peeled and cut into small chunks
- 1 lb brussel sprouts cut in half and peel off outside
- olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preheat oven until 350. Season steaks with steak seasoning (mix cracked pepper, salt and garlic). Heat saute pan to medium high. Cook on each side 5 minutes.
Top with Worchestire Sauce. Finish Cooking in oven for 15 minutes. Adjust cooking time according to the size the your steak. Watch carefully and don't overcook.
Preheat oven to 400. Peel and cut vegetables. Place on large baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, top with salt and pepper and roast for 30 minutes.
