Buffalo Chicken Bites
I love this simple dish for a snack or quick lunch on the go. A healthier version of wings.
Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs Chicken breast
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp Weber Kick'in Chicken Seasoning
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 lbs carrots
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut chicken into small chunks. Season with Kickin Chicken Seasoning. Heat large saute pan to high and saute chicken until cooked through toss with buffalo sauce and remove from heat.
- Clean and cut carrots and celery into sticks. Serve with chicken bites. Optional serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
