Buffalo Chicken Bites
I love this simple dish for a snack or quick lunch on the go. A healthier version of wings.

- 2.5 lbs Chicken breast
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp Weber Kick'in Chicken Seasoning
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 lbs carrots
- salt to taste
Cut chicken into small chunks. Season with Kickin Chicken Seasoning. Heat large saute pan to high and saute chicken until cooked through toss with buffalo sauce and remove from heat.
Clean and cut carrots and celery into sticks. Serve with chicken bites. Optional serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
