Swiss Mushroom Burgers w/ Crispy Green Beans

A healthy spin off of one of our fast food favorites. I always make extra burgers when grilling for a great meal prep during the week.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground turkey formed into 6 patties
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 lb White Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 lbs Green Beans cleaned
  • leaves of kale
  • 2 tbsp Weber Gourmet Burger seasoning
  • Swiss Cheese Slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Weber Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Season both sides of patties with burger seasoning. Cook in skillet or on grill until desired doneness. Add cheese to melt.
  • In separate nonstick saute pan, saute onions then add mushrooms. Serve over burgers.
  • Preheat oven to 425. Toss green beans with olive oil and Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning. Spread in single layer on large cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
