Swiss Mushroom Burgers w/ Crispy Green Beans
A healthy spin off of one of our fast food favorites. I always make extra burgers when grilling for a great meal prep during the week.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey formed into 6 patties
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 lb White Mushrooms sliced
- 2 lbs Green Beans cleaned
- leaves of kale
- 2 tbsp Weber Gourmet Burger seasoning
- Swiss Cheese Slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Weber Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Instructions
- Season both sides of patties with burger seasoning. Cook in skillet or on grill until desired doneness. Add cheese to melt.
- In separate nonstick saute pan, saute onions then add mushrooms. Serve over burgers.
- Preheat oven to 425. Toss green beans with olive oil and Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning. Spread in single layer on large cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
