Swiss Mushroom Burgers w/ Crispy Green Beans
A healthy spin off of one of our fast food favorites. I always make extra burgers when grilling for a great meal prep during the week.

- 2 lbs ground turkey formed into 6 patties
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 lb White Mushrooms sliced
- 2 lbs Green Beans cleaned
- leaves of kale
- 2 tbsp Weber Gourmet Burger seasoning
- Swiss Cheese Slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Weber Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Season both sides of patties with burger seasoning. Cook in skillet or on grill until desired doneness. Add cheese to melt.
In separate nonstick saute pan, saute onions then add mushrooms. Serve over burgers.
Preheat oven to 425. Toss green beans with olive oil and Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning. Spread in single layer on large cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
