Shrimp Cocktail (Cabo Style)
Ingredients
- 4 cups V8
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Horseradish
- 1/4 cup sliced jarred jalapenos
- 3 avocados diced
- handful cilantro chopped
- 1 lime
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 2lbs Shrimp (cooked chilled, tails on)
- chips
Instructions
- Mix together V8, ketchup, horseradish, sliced jalapenos, avocados, cilantro, and juice of half of a lime, salt and pepper.
- Divide into Martini or Margarita glasses, garnish with lime slices and place the shrimp around the rim. Serve with chips.
