Shrimp Cocktail (Cabo Style)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups V8
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish
  • 1/4 cup sliced jarred jalapenos
  • 3 avocados diced
  • handful cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 2lbs Shrimp (cooked chilled, tails on)
  • chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix together V8, ketchup, horseradish, sliced jalapenos, avocados, cilantro, and juice of half of a lime, salt and pepper.
  • Divide into Martini or Margarita glasses, garnish with lime slices and place the shrimp around the rim. Serve with chips.
