Firecracker Turkey With Rainbow Veggies
Oh the love of comfort food! An amazing dish you cant go wrong with this!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Of Ground Turkey
- 3/4 cup of Buffalo sauce
- 3 tbsp of Splenda
- 3 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic
- ginger
- salt & pepper
- 1 Green bell Pepper
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 8 oz of Snow Peas
- 3 Cups Of Broccoli Florets
Instructions
- Start by browning the Turkey.
- For the Sauce combine the ingredients (Buffalo Sauce, Splenda, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Ginger, Salt & Pepper) and pour over the meat.
- Sauté for four minutes on low and then garnish with Green Onions.
- Finally Serve with Cauliflower Rice.
- Sauté the Vegetables in Coconut oil, and two garlic cloves season with salt and pepper.
