Firecracker Turkey With Rainbow Veggies

Oh the love of comfort food! An amazing dish you cant go wrong with this!
Servings 8

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Of Ground Turkey
  • 3/4 cup of Buffalo sauce
  • 3 tbsp of Splenda
  • 3 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ginger
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 Green bell Pepper
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 8 oz of Snow Peas
  • 3 Cups Of Broccoli Florets

Instructions
 

  • Start by browning the Turkey.
  • For the Sauce combine the ingredients (Buffalo Sauce, Splenda, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Ginger, Salt & Pepper) and pour over the meat.
  • Sauté for four minutes on low and then garnish with Green Onions.
  • Finally Serve with Cauliflower Rice.
  • Sauté the Vegetables in Coconut oil, and two garlic cloves season with salt and pepper.
