Firecracker Turkey With Rainbow Veggies
Oh the love of comfort food! An amazing dish you cant go wrong with this!
- 2 lbs Of Ground Turkey
- 3/4 cup of Buffalo sauce
- 3 tbsp of Splenda
- 3 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic
- ginger
- salt & pepper
- 1 Green bell Pepper
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 8 oz of Snow Peas
- 3 Cups Of Broccoli Florets
Start by browning the Turkey.
For the Sauce combine the ingredients (Buffalo Sauce, Splenda, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Ginger, Salt & Pepper) and pour over the meat.
Sauté for four minutes on low and then garnish with Green Onions.
Finally Serve with Cauliflower Rice.
Sauté the Vegetables in Coconut oil, and two garlic cloves season with salt and pepper.
