Spicy Beef & Bok Choy
Ingredients
- 2 lbs flank steak thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Tamari
- 4 Cloves of Garlic minced
- 1/4 cup Bone broth
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Cloves of Garlic minced
- 4 Thai chilis (optional: 1tbsp of chilli paste could be used)
- 1 tbsp chili paste (optional: 4 Thai Chilis could be used)
- 6 bunches bok choy (chopped)
- 2 bunches green onion (cut but on an angle)
- 8 oz Shitake mushrooms (sliced)
Instructions
- For the marinade mix 1/3 cup of tamari, 4 cloves of minced garlic, and 1/4 cup of bone broth.
- Marinade the beef for 1 hour or overnight. When done, Sauté over high heat.
- Remove the beef from the pan, Then saute the mushrooms, Boy Choy, garlic, and chilis.
- Return the beef to the pan and add green onions and soy sauce, simmer on low until the flavors are combined.
- Serve with Rice.
