For the marinade mix 1/3 cup of tamari, 4 cloves of minced garlic, and 1/4 cup of bone broth.
Marinade the beef for 1 hour or overnight.
When done, Sauté over high heat.
Remove the beef from the pan, Then saute the mushrooms, Boy Choy, garlic, and chilis.
Return the beef to the pan and add green onions and soy sauce, simmer on low until the flavors are combined.
Serve with Rice.
