Pork and Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
- 1 large onion diced
- 6 clove garlic
- 2 lbs broccoli
- 1 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or stevia
- 2 cups brown rice
Instructions
- In sauce pan boil water and cook rice according to package directions.
- Thinly slice pork chops (they always slice easier when slightly frozen) place in ziplock bag with 1/2 cup soy sauce for 15 min or longer.
- Make sauce in small saucepan. Combine 1 cup soy sauce, chicken stock, oyster sauce, cornstarch and brown sugar, simmer until thickened. Set aside.
- In large skillet over high heat, saute pork, onions and garlic, when almost cooked through add broccoli florets. Add sauce. Serve over rice.
