In sauce pan boil water and cook rice according to package directions.
Thinly slice pork chops (they always slice easier when slightly frozen) place in ziplock bag with 1/2 cup soy sauce for 15 min or longer.
Make sauce in small saucepan. Combine 1 cup soy sauce, chicken stock, oyster sauce, cornstarch and brown sugar, simmer until thickened. Set aside.
In large skillet over high heat, saute pork, onions and garlic, when almost cooked through add broccoli florets. Add sauce. Serve over rice.
