Spicy Beef & Bok Choy

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs flank steak thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup Tamari
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Bone broth
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic minced
  • 4 Thai chilis (optional: 1tbsp of chilli paste could be used)
  • 1 tbsp chili paste (optional: 4 Thai Chilis could be used)
  • 6 bunches bok choy (chopped)
  • 2 bunches green onion (cut but on an angle)
  • 8 oz Shitake mushrooms (sliced)

Instructions
 

  • For the marinade mix 1/3 cup of tamari, 4 cloves of minced garlic, and 1/4 cup of bone broth.
  • Marinade the beef for 1 hour or overnight. When done, Sauté over high heat.
  • Remove the beef from the pan, Then saute the mushrooms, Boy Choy, garlic, and chilis.
  • Return the beef to the pan and add green onions and soy sauce, simmer on low until the flavors are combined.
  • Serve with Rice.
