Mix together the cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Quarter the roast and roll in spices. Heat oil pan and brown the roast on all sides.
Transfer to a crockpot with onion, garlic, chipotle peppers, jalapenos, tomato puree, and beef broth.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Mix the black beans, bell peppers, cilantro, green onions, jalapenos, lime juice, tomatoes, and salt.
When the Roast is done shred in the juices with a fork, and serve with the bean salsa and guacamole.
For meal prep divide between containers.
