Noodles with Turkey, Mushrooms and Broccoli (2 ways)
A delicious foolproof dish that will get you coming for seconds!!
- 2 lbs 93% lean Turkey
- 1 onion diced
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 6 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 12 oz Greek Yogurt
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 2 pieces broccoli (Heads Cut Into King Pieces)
- 1 fresh parsley
- 1 Gluten free Fettuccini
- 1 Shirataki Fettuccini Pasta Miracle Noodle
First of all Brown the Turkey,
Then season it with salt and pepper.
Sauté the garlic and onions and combine the mixture with the Worcestershire sauce, beef broth and the yogurt.
Sauté the broccoli and combine it with parsley.
Serve over Shirataki Fettuccini Pasta Miracle Noodles or the Gluten free Fettuccini
Finally top it all with parsley.
