1cupgluten free flour
1tspbaking soda
1tspbaking powder
1tspvanilla
1tbsppumpkin spice
1 15ozcan pumpkin puree
2eggs
1/2cuphoney
1/2cupbutter
1/3cupmilk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together with hand mixer until well blended. I am not a baker. You should probably mix the wet ingredients first. You may substitute for butter (and a more healthy option )coconut oil and greek yogurt.
Place batter in greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through (toothpick comes out clean)
