In a large bowl mix ground turkey, diced onion (I use food processor or chopper to get very finely chopped) , 1 jalapeno, cilantro, beaten eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add panko and mix again.
Form into meatballs (I use a cookie baller), and cook in large pot over medium high heat. Brown on all sides and cook until just cooked through (about 10 minutes). Cook in batches.
Mix together in small bowl, broth, soy sauce, garlic, 1 chopped jalapeno, cornstarch, Add to pot and heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add pineapple, meatballs and peppers. Heat about 5 minutes until flavors cooked through.
