Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place chickpeas, top with salt, pepper, garlic powder and sriracha. Bake for 40 minutes
Place slices of sweet potatoes in single layer. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool.
Layer the ingredients into bowls. Top with your favorite vinaigrette before serving.
