Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the tops off the peppers, clean out insides. Place in baking pans and bake 15 minutes while browning turkey.
In a large skillet brown ground turkey, chopped onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, oregeno and red pepper flakes. Once browned at tomato sauce and petite diced tomatoes.
In small sauce pan, make rice according to package directions. Add cooked rice to ground turkey mixture.
Add turkey and rice mixture to peppers. Bake 30 minutes.
Boil 4 cups water. Add green beans and cook 5 minutes. Drain and serve seasoned with salt and pepper.

Option to add shredded cheese to the top for the last 15 minutes of baking.
