In a large pot, saute onions and garlic. When soft add chicken broth, carrots, celery, bay leaves, italian seasoning, beans, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for one hour. In a separate pan, brown ground turkey. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and add to soup. For meal prep, once soup has cooled add divide into mason jars.
